Sweat 1 cup of sweet onion and 1/2 cup of green bell pepper in 1 tablespoon corn oil.
Combine: 2 sixteen ounce cans of Great Northern Beans (no salt added). Cook the beans until tender and Add 1 twenty eight ounce can of roma tomatoes plus 2 tablespoons dry basil. Add 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 1 tablespoon powdered chocolate. Simmer for up to one hour.
Add 1 cup of frozen corn kernels and 2 rectangular pieces of dark chocolate. Mix well.
Add Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
