2 tablespoons corn oil 1 tablespoon red curry paste 1/2 pound of wheat meat (chicken style) cut into bite-sized pieces 1 bunch of scallions chopped 1 avocado cut into bite-sized pieces 1 cup of rice milk salt and pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper small dice 1 cup of cooked Arborio rice
Cook Arborio rice. Heat corn oil in saute pan. Add the red curry paste and mix with corn oil. Add the wheat meat and coat pieces with the mixture. Saute the wheat meat for a few minutes. Add the scallions. Add the avocado pieces. Add the rice milk and let the mixture simmer. Add one cup of cooked Arborio rice to the mixture. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with red pepper dice.

Robert's Most Yum Orange-Ginger Vinaigrette On Chinese Cabbage
1 1/2 cup of champagne vinegar 2 1/2 cups of extra virgin olive oil 2 cups of orange juice 1 shallot minced 3 cloves of garlic minced 1" X 1" fresh ginger rhizome minced 5 tablespoons of sugar salt to taste
Mix champagne vinegar and extra virgin oil together. Mince shallot, garlic, and ginger rhizome. Add sugar and salt.
