Robert's Most Yum Lentils with Golden Grits, Scallions, and Sriracha
Ingredients
1 cup cooked lentils (salt to taste) 1 cup cooked yellow corn grits (salt to taste) diced scallions (green onions) to garnish Sriracha hot sauce to taste
Note. You can serve the lentils over rice or other grains or orzo pasta for variety. You can top the lentils with diced avocado, carrots, and/or other veggies.
