Ingredients: 5 cups of sliced, fresh peaches with their skins attached. 1 cup of rice milk 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of unbleached all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of Rumsford baking powder (aluminum free) or use self-rising flour.
Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place all ingredients into an oven-safe casserole dish and stir the ingredients until mixed. Place casserole dish in center of oven on middle baking rack and bake approximately 35 minutes or until the peach cobbler is done.
Robert's Mostyum Zucchini French Fries
Ingredients: peanut oil for frying zucchini cut into french fry-shaped pieces rice milk unbleached all-purpose flour plain yellow corn meal coarse kosher salt
Procedure: Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Dredge the zucchini french fry-shaped pieces in the rice milk wash and coat them a 1:1 mixture of flour and corn meal, plus salt to taste. Fry the zucchini fries in the peanut oil until they are golden brown. Add salt to the fries, to taste.
Robert's Mostyum Vegetarian Beanie Weenies
Ingredients: Corn oil vegetarian hot dogs vegetarian baked beans
Procedure: In a Lodge 12" skillet, heat the pan to medium high heat. Add two tablespoons of corn oil to the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Cut up the hot dogs into bite-size pieces and brown them in the skillet. Add the baked beans and stir them well with the browned hot dog pieces. Cook the beanie weenies until they are completely cooked. If desired, You may place the Lodge 12" skillet into a 325 degree Fahrenheit oven to complete the cooking process.
